Hi, really love this! 

Just wondering, is there something one could do to adapt this to someone with physical injuries? I'm currently going to PT for a knee issue so a lot of this is not doable for me at the moment.

I think it would be reasonable to substitute out the exercises you can’t do with some you can. You could even drop in any you have for PT as well. They don’t need to be strictly strength or endurance exercises, as long as you only have the exercise in one category I think that’s fine.

the goal is just to have something fun to motivate and help push yourself while exercising so whatever adjustments you need to make that happen go for it! If you end up making some alternate tables would love it if you shared them here!

Will do, I'll ask my PT if there's any other resources I can reference for the tables :D

Wonder if this would motivate me to actually go to the gym 🤔
